The samsonite s-cure is the brand’s lightest polypropylene range to date. Constructed from a new material called flowlite tm, the suitcase provide optimum strength and protection to your personal belongings without adding too much weight. Built with 4 multi-directional wheels for smooth gliding and easy manoeuvrability, a lightweight aluminium telescopic handle with press-button, and a 3-point locking system with tsa feature for secure international travel. The inside of the s’cure suitcase is decked out with a divider pad with zip fastening for organised packing and elasticated packing straps to keep your belongings in place. Please note: all luggage is guaranteed against faulty workmanship. However, manufacturer’s guarantees do not cover damage due to overloading, mishandling in transit or airline damage. Should any transit damage occur, it is vital that you inform the airline or their representative before you leave the terminal. For years we dragged heavy luggage behind us from car-parks or cabs/car drop-off points to different airports or rail-station buildings. What was common to all such journeys was the sheer hard work involved on our part - for what was meant to be a part of the holiday experience. This all changed when we purchased our spinner suitcases, which can be wheeled along literally with a fingertip touch. No more pulling 2-wheel bags with a mind of their own. The 4-wheel spinner can be moved in any direction with the lightest of touch, so much so that even cab drivers have remarked upon how easy our luggage handling is ! Ease of movement however has not come at the expense of bag security. On the contrary, the spinner provides 3 robust locking clasps to the top and sides of the case, underpinned with a security-code system the ensures peace of mind. The case itself comprises a lightweight hard- shell, with an attractive finish (both in and out) offering protection to your belongings - and comes with extendable handles to suit the preferred height of all users. Our purchase was not just money well spent, important thought this is, but a new and more pleasurable travelling experience overall. Excellent suitcase, spinner four wheels provide for a very smooth action, and it has added advantage of extra handle. I love the three point secure locking system ,is much better and secure than any another suitcase. Best choice. It is a very well constructed suitcase. I chose a red one because i liked the colour and it stands out on the baggage carousel. In addition, it has a tsa locking feature. At the opposite end to the wheels is not only a telescopic handle but a separate handle to lift it by. The wheels are good and any damage going through airports was minimal. I deliberately didn't choose the deluxe model because i didn't think that the additional features, which are all internal, warranted paying the additional money. I could easily improvise to produce the same if i want to. I am really pleased with it. We recently purchased the large spinner scure suitcase for holidays to southasia. The product itself appeared good and we loved the aqua colour. The best thing was that we were able to get hold of it within 24 hours from john lewis click and collect service which was such a big relief as it was only during packing that we noticed a crack in our old delsey suitcase so we didnt have much time to order one for home delivery from anywhere. Unfortunately when we reached our destination, we were shocked to see that someone had searched through our suitcase. Specially disappointed as the gifts were torn open and 2 pens bought from jarrolds were stolen. We did report it with the aviation authority there. I believe that with no keys provided i was a bit uncertain of how secure it would be but our doubts were further confirmed when this incident happened. So now we have decided not to keep any expensive item in it but its disappointing to buy a samsonite suitcase worth this much and so unreliable as far as safety is concerned. Excellent product for moving around does not have the same strenth as the heavier material case huge area to pack in overall view excellent product but way over priced i purchased this case in the green for a recent trip to ny and toronto. I couldn't be happier. Why i loved it: ~ the green colour really stood out at the baggage carousel ~ the self-lock worked great - easy to set and use ~ the separated sections were terrific as i used the case for both my clothes and my child's - the fabric separation between the two sections keeps everything neat and, well, separated ~ the wheels were terrific - i was able to push the case while pushing my child's stroller. So much easier than dragging a case behind with the stroller in front ~ the outer case is very sturdy and didn't suffer any damage despite going through 3 airports the only downside is you won't be able to secure a luggage strap around the case as the handle lies flat. But if you get the green case, you won't need a strap as the colour will stand out enough by itself. We're going to get another one now for my husband. Strong, reliable suitcase with easy handling and very lightweight for a large suitcase. Very happy. Colour: black
