Joan Vass Tops for Women

Joan Vass was created as a brand in the late 70s, the work of a designer who had come up through the New York arts scene and begun her foray into fashion with an initial knitwear collection of hats and mufflers. By the 80s the label had become the go to for unstructured, individual knitwear designs and the brand was producing a wide selection of styles for both men and women. Luxurious knitwear remains at the heart of the aesthetic today, taking classic silhouettes and understated elegance and weaving these into knits for everyday wear.
