Jungmaven

Ethical ready-to-wear label Jungmaven was founded by Robert Jungmann in 2005 in Costa Rice. The environmentally-conscious designer had been experimenting with natural dyes for clothing – from tea to turmeric staining – since 1993 before discovering batik and tie-dye on his visit to Costa Rica. Jungmaven is dedicated to producing off-duty dressing of ethically sourced materials like hemp. Since 2005, Jungmaven has been producing a casual line of hemp blend clothing designed to a pared-back, minimalist aesthetic, emphasising the quality of the sustainable materials used to craft the collections.
