Porridge

Faced with a lack of comfy-yet-stylish basics, FIDM graduate Laura Stang began hand-dyeing embellished vintage tank tops in 2003. She saw and responded to her customer's demand for stylish, comfortable basics that are wearable yet unique. Wide-neck t-shirts are loose and carefree and since its inception, Porridge has evolved into a seasonal line inspired by everything from French wallpaper to Indian handkerchiefs to fall foliage.
