Paco Rabanne is a 60s label that has always been something of an enfant terrible. One of the most insubordinate brands when it comes to adhering to traditional ideas of what women's clothing should look like, the label pioneered changes in fashion attitudes, from creating disposable dresses, to the variety of different textiles that it incorporates into its latest lines (think acetate used in knits, chainmail in jewellery). The line of shoes from the brand reflects its futuristic way of thinking with small statement details, from the shape of the heel on a pair of Oxfords, to leather sandals that break the mold.
