The next page gives you the option to log in as a returning customer, checkout as a guest or create an account. You’ll then be redirected to the shipping page where your shipping address and shipping method needs to be entered. In the right column, there’s a box to add in your promo code directly below where the order summary appears. Once you’ve hit ‘apply’ and your subtotal is updated to reflect the discount, you can proceed to payment and complete your purchase.
The Webster is happy to accept returns within 14 days from your receipt of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. To start the return process, you’ll need to access your account on The Webster site. Once your return has been received, refunds can take up to 5 days to process. Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please note that fine jewelry is considered final sale. You can also return your purchase to one of The Webster stores in South Beach, Bal Harbour, Houston, Soho, or South Coast Plaza, if it’s within the 14 day window and you have your invoice with you. International returns should contact email@example.com to initiate the process and are liable for shipping costs.
You can get FREE ground shipping on all US orders, and receive your package in 1-5 business days. 2-day delivery is available at $15, and overnight is $35. The Webster ship internationally for a flat rate of $30 to ship to most destinations and $25 to ship to Canada.
