This fun insulted winter toque is made of a soft stretch metallic fabric. This unique piece converts from a tasselled toque to a playful crown headband with easy to manipulate top. Pop your pony tail, braids, twists or natural curls out of the top. Uncuff it, to make it deep, and cover all of your hair. This crown is a cuffable 12 inches tall (30cm) and stretches to fit most.
