Women's Purple Royal Mulberry Silk Scarf – Eid & Evening Shawl

A deep, saturated royal purple — the colour of amethyst and dusk. Rich enough to carry an evening outfit on its own, and one of the few shades that reads equally well against black, navy and ivory. Please note: the colour is dyed, not printed, and there is no metallic or shimmer finish. In daylight it reads clear and jewel-like; under evening light it deepens towards aubergine. Fine and semi-sheer at 10 momme — a fluid occasion wrap, not a warm winter shawl. 85 × 180 cm. 100% mulberry habotai silk, hand-dyed in small batches in Nha Xa, the silk village north of Hanoi, and dried naturally on bamboo frames. No two pieces are identical. Designed in England · Hand-dyed in Vietnam Your scarf is woven and dyed entirely by hand — the fine slubs and tonal variations of hand-loomed silk are hallmarks of authenticity prized by collectors. Hand wash cool with a silk-friendly detergent. As artisan dyes settle on the first wash, rinse the scarf alone the first time. Do not soak or wring. Dry flat in the shade, away from direct sun. Iron on low with a pressing cloth. Silk 100% Colour: purple
