Women's Brown Large Island Tote

An exquisite expression of artisanal craftsmanship, the Large Island Tote is handwoven from approximately 144 metres of full-grain vegetable-tanned leather lace, creating its distinctive balance of structure and fluidity. Each precisely cut strand is individually dipped in natural vegetable dyes, naturally dried and wax-brushed over 48 hours to achieve a beautifully rich texture and finish. Master artisans then spend between fourteen and sixteen hours weaving each side entirely by hand, with every tote requiring approximately three to three and a half days of meticulous craftsmanship from preparation to final finishing. Designed to grow more beautiful with time, the leather develops a rich, individual patina. A generous unlined interior, smooth leather base, elegant closure strap and detachable tassel complete this exceptional handwoven leather tote, an effortlessly refined companion for city days and sun-soaked escapes.
