Women's Blue Harper's Bazaar Denim Straight Leg Pocket Jeans

Straight-leg cut with a subtle flare at the hem - the leg opens just enough to sit cleanly over a flat shoe without breaking the line of the silhouette. Two oversized patch pockets sit flat against the front, a workwear-influenced detail that sets these apart from a standard five-pocket jean. High-rise waist with a gold-tone button fastening at the centre front, adding a considered finishing touch at the waistband. Pure cotton fabric that breathes well and sits softly against the skin - structured enough to hold its shape through a full day without feeling stiff. Cropped to approximately 107cm, landing at the ankle to work equally well with kitten heels or loafers without any need for adjustment. The straight leg here does something specific: it drops from the hip with very little taper, giving the lower half a long, clean line that reads as polished rather than casual. The patch pockets are the detail that makes these jeans worth a second look - flat-stitched and squarely placed, they bring a utilitarian reference that sits in interesting tension with the refined cut. Worn as the model has done here, tucked into a fine-knit roll-neck and finished with pointed kitten-heel flats and a structured bag, the result is a considered daytime look that carries through to an evening dinner without revision. For a more relaxed Saturday approach, swap the roll-neck for a crisp white shirt left loose at the hem and add a leather loafer. These jeans reward a simple top - the pocket detail and the leg shape do the work, so the less competing with them the better. | Karen Millen Harper's Bazaar Denim Straight Leg Pocket Jeans in Mid Blue | Size 6 Colour: blue
