Each tier is adorned with hand smocked embroidery and trimmed with ruffle edging. Style the Lizzy Skirt with a white silk blouse or our Lola Blouse and white kitten heels for the next daytime fete on your calendar. For cooler weather, we recommend layering with a crop length cardigan.
