Women's Black Flounce Bustier Midi Dress

Black chiffon that moves a moment after you do. The bodice is built on a fine corset of boning and moulded cups, so the waist holds its line without effort, while the flounced hem falls long and unhurried below the knee. Made for low light and long evenings. Dry clean only. Do not wring or tumble dry. Store on a padded hanger. Colour: black
