This fabric provides slightly less sun protection than the body of the swimsuit, yet in most cases it is sufficient since the arms are more accustomed to sun exposure. For very fair skin, sunscreen can be applied under the sleeves for additional protection. To keep your piece looking its best, hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean.
