Le Coq Sportif is an iconic French sportswear company. Originally conceived in 1882 as a small hosiery store in Romilly-sur-Seine by Emile Camuset, the brand has organically grown over the past century into one of today's largest and most respected sportswear brands. With a fierce passion for the game, Camuset began making sports jerseys in his small workshop. A number of decades later, the same label would go on to invent the sweat suit, as well as dress the French Olympic team, Wimbledon winners and football champions. Today, it’s still regarded as one of the finest labels of its kind.
