Inspired by the Chinese painting Loquats and Mountain Bird from the Southern Song Dynasty, these beautiful drop earrings boast a intricately woven bird design in pale blue and yellow silk brocade. Finished with a white freshwater pearl, these earrings are a stunning statement piece in any jewellery collection. These earrings are handmade using selected silk brocades, a woven fabric with raised, intricate designs. We use mostly Song silk brocade, developed during the Song Dynasty and known for its delicate patterns, graceful colours, and exquisite weaving techniques.
