Lyst welcomes new Chief Financial Officer Adam Whittaker. Adam will oversee all of Lyst’s financial capabilities, effective from this month.

He joins Lyst from Outright Games – a retail-focused games company creating and publishing games based on kids IP such as Jumanji, Paw Patrol and Peppa Pig – where he was CFO. During his time, he oversaw the sale to a PE company, completed three acquisitions and launched over 30 games.

Previously, Adam was CFO of NaturalMotion, a tech company focused on mobile games. In his 10 years as CFO, he helped take the company from a pre-revenue, 25 person, tech-focused, Balderton series A company to a 250 strong, profitable business which sold to Zynga in 2014 for $600m. Under his wing, the company launched 14 number one apps, and several Apple keynotes, including for CSR Racing which has a 10 year unbroken history of #1 grossing racing app since launch.
