Ann Demeulemeester Lace-ups for Women

Ann Demeulemeester is the namesake collection from the Belgium designer. Having graduated from Antwerp’s Royal Academy of the Fine Arts in 1981, the designer was part of the 'Antwerp Six', a collective of designers recognised for their experimental designs, who emerged out of Belgium in the 1980s. The Ann Demeulemeester collection of lace-ups features brogues and mannish, flat lace-ups reimagined with chunky platform soles and contemporary silhouettes, with colourful suede uppers and perforated leather giving the collection of Ann Demeulemeester lace-ups a subversive finish.
