Gucci's shorts aren't just for sunny vacations; thanks to the precision-cut silhouette they'll work in smarter settings too. Expect a wide variety of fits and styles; from Bermuda twill shorts with a pleated front, to denim cut-offs in a distressed finish.

With most cut for comfortable, easy fit and crafted from fabrics such as cotton, linen and denim, Gucci's shorts can be dressed up or down with ease. They make a comfortable option, even after long days spent exploring on holiday.

As cotton can often be prone to shrinking when it is washed and dried, it is recommended to check the individual care label for each piece and follow the instructions carefully. Cotton can sometimes be prone to shrinking when it is washed and dried, and to prevent this happening it is recommended to use water that is 30°C or below, either by hand or in the washing machine. Colored cotton garments should be turned inside out before washing. Allow to air dry naturally.

To maintain the quality of your denim, turn your shorts inside out before washing and use a mild detergent. It is worth noting that before denim is washed, the dye from your indigo pieces may rub off on light-colored fabric, leather and upholstery. To make colour last longer, wash inside out with cold water, with like colours. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, bleach and harsh chemical cleaners. Avoid ironing and do not dry in the tumble dryer, instead allow denim to air dry naturally away from direct heat and sunlight.

Linen is ideal for warmer weather, and is also easy to care for. It can usually be washed by hand or in the washing machine, and will actually benefit by regular laundering as it becomes softer over time. Use lukewarm or cold water, alongside a mild soap or non-biological detergent, in order to prevent colour fade. Avoid bleach, fabric softener and wringing out. Remove your linen as soon as possible after washing to avoid wrinkles, and leave to dry flat naturally. Store your linen garments in a cool, dry place, and avoid wrapping them in plastic.
