Comfortable enough for the weekend, but smart enough for the office, you'll never run out of reasons to wear Marc Jacobs' line of trousers. Whether you prefer styles cut in a comfortable straight-leg shape, or neat, tapered designs, you’ll find something to suit in this range.

Expertly crafted from materials like stretch wool-blends and cotton-twill, and designed in a variety of fits and cuts, Marc Jacobs' trousers are just as versatile as denim. The versatile design means it will go with most of the T-shirts and jumpers you already own.

As cotton can often be prone to shrinking when it is washed and dried, it is recommended to check the individual care label for each piece and follow the instructions carefully. Generally, cotton should be hand or machine washed at 30°C or below. This will help avoid colour fading and dye transfer. Gently stretch cotton to restore the original shape and air dry naturally.

Before attempting to clean wool, we would always recommend checking the garment’s care label to ensure the cleaning method you plan to use will not cause shrinkage. If your wool item is structured, such as a blazer, suit, or coat, then we recommend to spot clean. Some wool is suitable for machine washing, once it has been turned inside out and put on a 30°C gentle cycle. To reduce the risk of shrinkage, soak your wool item in cold water before machine washing. The heat from the tumble dryer can also shrink your garment, so it is best to lay wool flat and allow to air dry away from sunlight and radiators. To ensure a silky, smooth appearance to your wool garment, iron inside-out on a low temperature setting, ideally when it is still damp.

Shop versatile, easy-to-wear options for both smart and formal occasions in the collection of designer trousers from Marc Jacobs.
