Women's Purple Bandage Figure Form Cut Out Knitted Midi Dress

A high neck with a row of narrow cut-out slits just below the collar creates a precise, architectural detail that draws the eye without overexposing. Vertical bandage panelling runs the full length of the body, keeping the silhouette taut and controlled from shoulder to midi hem - it sits close to the body without pulling. The deep V cut-out at the chest offers a single, considered opening that balances the modesty of the high neck above it. A slim kick split at the hem allows movement while maintaining the clean, elongated line of the skirt - it falls just above the ankle at approximately 115cm. The elastane content gives the knit genuine stretch and recovery, so the dress holds its shape through a full evening's wear rather than loosening over time. The knit has a firm, structured hand - it moves with the body rather than draping away from it, which is exactly what the bandage construction demands. That tension is what makes the vertical seam lines read so sharply, mapping the silhouette with an almost tailored precision. The cut-out detailing at the neckline does the decorative work so nothing else needs to. For a formal occasion - a wedding, a graduation dinner, a race day - keep accessories understated: a fine chain or drop earrings, nothing that competes with the structural neckline. The model wears strappy heeled sandals, which is the right call here; a barely-there heel extends the leg line and lets the hem fall cleanly. A sleek updo or pulled-back style echoes the dress's own restraint and keeps the high neck as the focal point it's designed to be. | Karen Millen Bandage Figure Form Cut Out Knitted Midi Dress in Chocolate | Size 6 Colour: purple
