The Linea is an ivory belted midi coat with a buckled self-fabric belt and a wide notch lapel, made by Luna Fashion House in its atelier in Pozarevac, Serbia. It is cut from a textured technical polyester that lets creases fall out within 30 minutes of hanging, with a 3-button single-breasted front, 2 flap pockets, a back vent, and a full Bemberg lining. The hem falls to mid-calf, about 48 in on a size 2. It is the long cream coat for travel and for spring and summer weddings, as a guest or as mother of the bride or groom, and it goes over a blazer to board meetings. Wear it open over the Jody ivory lace A-line dress at a destination wedding, ivory on ivory. It is dry clean only; treat any mark within 24 hours. Made in Europe by a house founded in 1990. This coat is dry clean only. Do not machine wash or bleach, and do not tumble dry. Ivory shows marks sooner than darker colours, so spot-treat any mark within 24 hours and take the coat to the cleaner before a stain sets. The technical cloth responds well to steam: hang it after a flight and steam it to refresh, or press on a low setting. Store it on a wide padded hanger with cedar in the off season.
