Based in Paris, Gauchère is a high-end French womenswear brand. Following a successful career at fashion houses including Narciso Rodriguez and Diane von Furstenberg, Marie-Christine Statz moved to Paris to continue her studies and launch her own ready-to-wear label. Young at heart, this playful brand experiments with contrasting fabrics, colours and shapes to create looks that are truly contemporary. Oversized shapes meet more fitted styles; traditional masculine tailoring sits alongside feminine skirts and dresses. Each collection represents the merging of multiple ideas, shapes and forms.
