After years of working for Giorgio Armani, Versace and Dolce & Gabbana, Laura Bortolami first designed a small collection of bags in the early 1990s. The experience of working with some of the best designers in the world prepared Bortolami for her future enterprise. In 1999, she launched Laura B which was initially a jewellery and accessories line.

Today the Laura B collection places a strong emphasis on bags. Alongside her vintage-inspired jewellery, the ranges now offer handmade bags and belts that combine her signature mesh with a wealth of materials like stones, crystals, leather, crocodile, feathers, silk and lace.
