Balenciaga found fame for its ultra-modern shapes, high-octane style and elegant use of fabrics - something the label still hold true to today. Cristóbal Balenciaga set up his first boutique in San Sebastian, Spain in 1918, later opening his couture house in Paris in 1937. Alexander Wang was appointed creative director of the brand in 2012 and has modernised the label with a revolutionary new style. This collection of scarves is crafted from the finest silks, wool and cotton, in lightweight and knit designs.
