Ballantyne is a Scottish fashion label, which was founded in 1921 in a small town in Scotland called Innerleithan. The Ballantyne family initially made a name for themselves selling beautiful cashmere and over the years this expanded to lots of different types of knitwear and finally to a wide selection of ready-to-wear clothes. Considered a piece of style history Ballantyne has had a lot of attention from the royal family and celebrities alike. In 1966 the Queen visited the Ballantyne factory and the label is a favourite with Keira Knightley, Nicole Kidman, Daniel Craig and Pierce Brosnan.
