How To Care For Your The North Face Backpacks
The North Face backpacks are built to last, and also designed to be easy to care for. We would recommend following the individual care instructions that can be found on the inside tag of your backpack, before attempting to clean your bag.
Most The North Face backpacks are wipe clean only. We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying your backpack, or handwashing your bag by submerging in water. Avoid using bleach, leaving your backpack in direct sunlight or close to heat sources, as this can cause discoloration and damage the material of your bag.
- How much do The North Face backpacks cost?
The North Face backpacks retail for $45 for some versions of the Flyweight Packable, to $244 for the large Printed Logo style. Backpacks that are ideal for hiking, such as the Hydra 26-litre backpack, costs $150.
- Which The North Face backpacks are waterproof?
The North Face offers a selection of backpacks that are waterproof, including the rolltop bag. Crafted from a waterproof fabric with fully taped seams, it provides the backpack with an impenetrable moisture barrier for guaranteed dryness when you’re caught in an unexpected downpour. The North Face tests all its waterproof fabrics in lab conditions to ensure it can withstand a given amount of water; when the fabric passes that test, it can be called 100% waterproof.
- Do The North Face backpacks have a warranty?
Each The North Face backpack is constructed to the highest standard using premium materials, however all The North Face products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years.
If one of the brand’s backpacks has a manufacturing defect, The North Face will either repair the product without charge, replace the product or credit the product at its discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
