First selling jewellery to pay for her MA in anthropology, Small developed relationships with people from the developing cultures she was studying and set up fair trade systems to utilize the expertise of these skilled goldsmiths and stonecutters. Designed in London and crafted in India using 18-karat gold, fine gemstones and diamonds, Pippa Small jewellery is organic, unrefined and stunning in its simplicity.
