Once you've added your final item to your bag at Stuarts London, scroll up to the top of the page and click the small white shopping bag icon. You'll be redirected to the sign in page where you can log in with your email and password, google, twitter or facebook accounts. Once signed in, just enter your delivery and payment details before placing your final order to finish.

Making a return with Stuarts London will incur a fee of $29.95. To get started, fill in the returns form using your original Order Reference Number and order details - you can download a returns form on the Stuarts London online returns page. Then, notify Stuarts London of your intent to return by contacting them on sales@stuartslondon.com, quoting your orignal web ref: (WEB no. on your invoice) along with the item(s) you wish to return. Lastly, you'll need to pay for your returns label using either you credit/ debit card or PayPal by adding this service to your basket and processing your payment via the checkout as normal. Once you have your returns label, print it out and attach it to your return parcel before dopping it off at a DHL office.
Get FREE shipping to the U.S. on all order over $100. This service takes 1-3 working days once the order has been processed. If you're order is under $100, the shipping cost will be calculated by order weight. For orders between 0 lbs - 3.5 lbs, shipping will cost $14.95. For orders between 3.5 lbs - 11 lbs, shipping will cost $19.95. Lastly, orders over 11 lbs are subject to a charge of $29.95.
