Women's Black Metallic Jacquard Puff Sleeve Top

Sheer puff sleeves woven with a metallic jacquard pattern - the contrast against the matte body is what makes this top worth a second look. Elasticated cuffs gather the sleeves neatly at the elbow, giving the puff its shape without the sleeve slipping or losing structure throughout the evening. The body is cut in a relaxed, slightly boxy silhouette that skims rather than clings, sitting comfortably at the hip. A fine ribbed texture runs through the woven body, adding quiet surface interest that reads as considered rather than fussy. Round neckline with a delicate trim detail at the collar - refined enough to wear with tailored pieces, casual enough to throw over dark denim. Those sleeves do all the work. The sheer metallic jacquard catches the light as you move, making this top genuinely suited to an evening out without demanding a full occasion outfit around it. The matte, structured body keeps things grounded - there is nothing overwrought about the overall silhouette. Worn as the model has it here, tucked loosely into slim-fit dark trousers, it transitions well from a birthday dinner to a drinks reception. For a more dressed-up moment, pair it with a tailored wide-leg trouser and pointed-toe heels. If you are heading somewhere more relaxed - a festive brunch or an end-of-year gathering - it sits just as well over straight-leg jeans with simple block-heel boots. The top is lined throughout, so there are no sheer surprises on the body, only on those statement sleeves where the transparency is entirely intentional. | Dorothy Perkins Women's Metallic Jacquard Puff Sleeve Top in Black | Size: 8 Colour: black
