Women's Blue Twist Front Viscose Knitted Bardot Midi Dress

The bardot neckline is anchored by a sculpted twist detail at the centre front - a single structural knot that draws the eye and replaces the need for any jewellery. Viscose and polyamide knit construction delivers a soft drape and cool handfeel, skimming the body without clinging - the fabric moves with the wearer rather than against her. Long sleeves extend to the wrist, balancing the off-shoulder cut and keeping the silhouette polished across cooler months. Midi length sits at approximately 116cm, landing at a point that works equally well with knee-high boots or heels without adjustment. Due to the delicate knit construction, care should be taken around jewellery and rough surfaces - the fabric is best worn and stored with that in mind. The dress does its work through contrast: shoulders entirely bare, arms entirely covered, and a twist at the bust that introduces sculptural interest without relying on print or embellishment. The knit skims rather than grips, following the body's shape as you move whilst holding a clean, composed line when you're still. It sits at a length that flatters without demanding heels - though the model pairs it with tall leather knee-high boots, which sharpen the silhouette considerably and make a strong case for the combination. For an evening out, a sleek updo lets the bardot neckline speak for itself. At a smart lunch or gallery opening, the same dress reads just as well with a structured tote and pointed-toe flat. This is a piece built around the idea that one considered detail - that twist - is enough. | Karen Millen Twist Front Viscose Knitted Bardot Midi Dress in Navy | Size Small Colour: blue
