How To Care For Your Moncler Boots

Moncler boots were designed for wintry conditions and hiking, and are made predominantly from high-quality leather. You can keep your Moncler boots in great condition by preventing them from getting dirty in the first place. Before putting them on, it’s best to spray them with a protective, water-repellent covering.

Follow these steps on how to care for your Moncler boots. Please note, these instructions apply to leather boots only.

Step 1: For scratches, use a soft cloth (don’t use anything rough) and dip into a bowl of warm water. Then, submerge the wet cloth in baking soda. Gently rub the cloth over the scratches then softly wipe the boots using a clean, damp cloth. Lastly, polish them using a soft cloth.

Step 2: Your Moncler boots will probably be fairly dirty if you haven’t cleaned them in quite a while. In which case, take a soft bristle-brush to carefully wipe the boot, rubbing away any hard-to-remove debris (normally found on the soles). Avoid using a firm brush, as this may scratch the leather.

Step 3: Soap and water is by far the best solution for cleaning your Moncler boots. Fill a bowl with warm water so it’s 50/50 water and dish soap. Immerse a soft cloth into the mixture or pour in some saddle soap. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have dish soap, you can use baking soda instead, which works fine.

Step 4: Gently wipe the entire boot with this mixture then take another wet cloth to wipe away the soapy mixture. When you’ve removed the soap solution from the boot, carefully dry it all over with a soft towel.

Step 5: If your boot has laces and they’re particularly dirty, you can easily take them off and either wash them by hand or replace them with brand new ones (which can easily be purchased online).
